- Our daily soup – eg. mushroom beef barley or creamy corn chowder
- Cold entrée – choice of a sandwich, meal salad, or cold plate – eg. egg salad sandwich, or chicken Caesar salad
- Hot entrée – various brunch or lunch specialties, including berry pancakes and classic macaroni and cheese
- Served with side dishes of prepared fruit, garden salad, or hot vegetables
- Assortment of squares, puddings, cookies or fruit for dessert
